Mindset and Me takes a holistic approach to helping individuals achieve their goals and live their best life. I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and soul for overall well being and success. I utilise coaching techniques with the aim to harmonize positive shifts in mindset with physical and spiritual practices to promote emotional balance, personal growth, and self discovery. My mission is to inspire clients to adopt a proactive and mindful approach to life, helping them overcome obstacles and live a healthy and purposeful life.

Whether it be health, relationships, business, family or life in general I can help you break through limiting beliefs, set and achieve goals, remove doubt and fear to live the life you are dreaming of. My facilitation is centred around bringing mindfulness into everyday life and breaking through cycles of stress, anxiety and overwhelm into a more focused, meaningful and purposeful life. I help you begin to understand that we can transform everyday experiences into mindful moments. I can also facilitate guided meditation, gratitude journaling and self awareness to help restore balance in the unsettled nervous system and to rewire the brain to self regulate while initiating feelings of calm. “Mind Full to Mindful”
Through my experience of 12 years of registered nursing in a range of settings, my nutrition knowledge and overall understanding of the body through lived experience, I believe there is a big connection between the mind and the body in the underlying cause of disease. As a health and wellness mentor I will be helping manage chronic disease by exploring the emotional contributors and help you change your mindset around your physical state. The body is capable of amazing things if given the right environment., Ultimately we would like to help you move from feelings of dis-ease to ease and empower you on your health journey to a state of wellness. I work integratively and respectfully with your existing medical practitioners.
Stress is one of the world’s biggest contributors to disease. I help educate clients on the effects of prolonged to chronic stress, the fight or flight response and cortisol production. I use techniques such as guided meditation, mindfulness, breathing, hypnosis and self care tasking to create a signature and unique stress management plan. Managing stress in everyday life is a skill that takes time to develop and we need constant reminding. Empathy is one of my biggest attributes and I am here to support you during stressful life periods or events.
An incorporation of mind, body and soul we look holistically at a person and their needs. I use empathy, compassion, confidentiality, patience, encouragement and flexibility to help you step into who you really are and into a journey of self discovery and purpose. You are not your circumstances nor are you defined by them.
Our personalised hypnosis sessions offer a transformative experience, guiding you to tap into the power of your subconscious mind to achieve goals, overcome challenges, limiting beliefs, habits, relieve stress or improve confidence. These sessions provide a safe and proven method to help you unlock your potential.
This therapy is a therapeutic technique designed to help individuals release negative emotions stored in the subconscious mind. It involves accessing the clients “timeline” which represents their internal representation of past events, present experiences and future aspirations. Clients are guided to revisit past events to gain insights and resolve emotional conflicts. This session deals with the 5 core emotions in fear, anger, hurt, sadness, and guilt, allowing them to let go of “emotional baggage” and move forward with a more positive outlook.

Whether your are striving for career advancement, personal growth or lifestyle change this package helps you to turn your dreams into reality. This 2 session package is an opportunity to clarify vision, set meaningful goals and create a roadmap for success. In the first session we will give deep into your aspirations, values and priorities to help gain the clarity on what you truly want to achieve. Together, we’ll craft inspiring and achievable goals that align with your vision for the future. The second session we map out a strategic plan of action. Throughout these sessions we explore the powerful neuro linguistic programming tools such as well-formed outcomes and the Dilts process as they promote a systemic and holistic approach to goal setting, leading to greater probability of success.
These sessions draw from the rich traditions of shamanistic practices, quantum healing and energy medicine to facilitate profound healing and personal growth. During the session you will be guided into a metaphysical medicine room, where we can identify energetic blockages, restore balance to your body, mind and spirit and activate your bodies innate healing abilities. Drawing upon ancient wisdom in combination with modern techniques, we utilise a variety of methods to create vibrational healing to address the root cause of physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances.
What can we do in the Medicine Room?
Well, you can deal with the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual. The physical is where people present with disease, sickness, injuries, body traumas, etc. The mental is where someone might have blocked goals, addictions, beliefs, old paradigms of whom and what they are, and identity issues. And the emotional could be anxiety, heartache, trauma, depression, or anything that’s emotionally affecting an individual. And the spiritual issues might be some sort of “dark night of the soul” situation, feeling lost, falling into the void, or feeling purposeless or that life is meaningless. There’s a whole lot of ways that you can work with people with various issues.
Mindset and Me also facilitates group programs on topics such as mindset, stress management, health and wellness and mindfulness and conduct meditation and relaxation classes. I am also available for business, education settings, private groups and government run programs on request.
