Why I took myself to a health retreat and what did I learn about myself?
I have just got back from the most life changing experience at Eden Health Retreat in the Currumbin Valley (SE Qld). Why me? Why this? Why now?
I am Jess Carins a mum of 2 adventurous boys, wife, director of 4 companies and small business owner, registered nurse and an advocate for personal growth, mindfulness, mindset and wellbeing. 12 years of study in the personal development space combined with working as a registered nurse in a range of settings has empowered me to become a voice in the mindfulness and mindset movement by motivating and inspiring individuals to step out of dissatisfaction, stress and feelings of being ‘stuck’ to discover and live their purpose.
